I had taken a loan from Mpocket, every time I paid it back in time. Even when I had surgery on the back of my neck, I paid his amount from time to time. But then we all have to face a situation like never before and we got the lockdown. Still I paid their amount from time to time till June 2020 but after that due to paucity of money could not pay their amount. Now they are asking me to pay 19550 rupees and have also sent a notice to the house due to which I suffering alot. I am a student and come from a poor family. Please give waiver on my penalties and I am ready to pay my principal amount. Please help me to get out of this
