I have booked hotel stay from 19 to 21 Nov 21 vide booking ID592079861. The same was confirmed through email but after reaching the site, the hotel staff denied to give the accommodation. No customer services available for agoda. I have expended ₹ 2900 for the same property. I was very harassed by the hotel staff.
