Very harsh, rude, 3rd degree language, communal words, words not in dictionary…un tolerable bad word towards customer irrespective of male or female customers. In this regard I sent mail to Bajaj customer care, but no use. Name of the collection agent : Vishnu, contact number : 8197288267, If company not taking any action on him, I need to extent my complaint to , Sanjive Bajaj, V Rajagoplan, Nirmala Seetharaman, MP-Office and RBI governor. Stop or remove him from services. He spoils the entire reputation of the company.
