have been recieving abusive calls from idfc bank loan recollection agents. They are calling me and threatening to hurt me if I don’t repay the due amount they are using absolutely foul language. They are calling my family and friends and talking abusively. It has been traumatic to recieve such threats. I have complained to the bank several times and no action has been taken from their side. I request you to kindly take necessary action regarding the same. They are Calling all my call history like my friends Family friend all my calling data.
