I have not taken any loan, but a defaulter has taken a loan and this company POSTPE (I do not know if that is a real name) is harassing me every day. They now started abusing me also. They keep on threatening that they will soon begin to call my family members and tell them that I am hand in glove with some fraud. From where these people are getting this confidence that nothing will happen to them. Do we have any law and order system?

You may ask me why don’t I go to the cops. The answer is that there are already lakhs of complaints pending with them in this regard. And the result is zero.

I thought that even if I took a loan and miss the instalment there is a system in place to solve the problem. But in this case, I am not even a customer of this so-called bank and not related to the loan they have given to someone. If this is not illegal then what is?

I even do not know what category I should put this complaint.

By the way, they keep on changing the name of the company when they call.

To conclude – I am not a consumer of this company, I am not a guarantee, nor a reference for loan application. But still getting abusive calls to pressurise the defaulter.
