I availed loan on Peso Cow and was delayed in returning the money for just days and i received messages of threat and harassment and they even commented on my FB acct .and created a gc with all of my FB friends and posting me as scammer with my ID and pictures..I have already paid my loans with them but still harassing me and asking me to pay the penalty even if they sent me an agreement that I will just pay the principal and they will waived 100% penalty.
