I have taken a loan. I was not able to pay due to my income source got reduced and lost job as well. I would like pay back but they want in 3 emi. Requested them to reduce the amount and increase tenure. Not ready to accept. Do settlement with 30% that is also they want in 65% in one shot payment. Also not ready for anything and calling my call list family members. Please can someone look into it help me.
