I took a personal loan (SPLN60048506) from kotak bank during 2016, i lost jobless during 2017 till 2019 so inbetween could not pay the EMI as i was struggling financially. I had been harassed by the Kotak team several time and the below trailing mail for your reference. Unfortunately, Kotak bank does not provide proper Grievance redressal in their website or phone call. Does go error when we register any complaint..
Yesterday 3rd Feb 2021 i once again got a threatening message from Vinay Sharma, Kotak bank Legal team, Mumbai kulwama branch. Ph no, 9319070648. I hereby, attached the screen shot of the message. He was nasty and threatened that he will make sure i lose my job (please go through the complete whatsapp message attached), though I said i am in touch with a collection agent to repay my loan and 2nd Feb 2021 i paid 7 EMI amounts together. I hereby attached the EMI payment receipt of 2nd Feb 2021. Still Vinay sharma was very rude and threatening and it disturbed me a lot with my personal and professional life. This approach is against the right to humane treatment.
May I request you to take action against the bank and the concern person for this kind of action.
