Hello Team of Mpokket, one of my friend name Moh Faiz Khan, took loan amount of 500 from your MPOKET APPLICTION, but due to some financial and personal issue he is unable to repay the loan amount. Now he wants to repay the amount but your customer cares are harassing him by sending LEGAL NOTICE and harassments messages along with that you guys also charged so much penalty dues , because of which he is not able to repay his 500 amount. and now I am receiving harassments calls on daily basis which is not a proper way to deal with any customer. If you are guys can remove the penalty charges then I will pay the amount on behalf of him, but your customer care service is so bad and you guys are so rude, you don’t have any proper way and manners how to deal with any girl. I am also attaching the screen shots also, and also I contacted your customer care service but they are not responding me. Please help me out with this.
