Yes I have taken loan from Mpokket. It’s past for overdue of loan and whenever I am asking for the one time settlement they are not accepting and forcing me to pay the entire money with penal charge and interest amount. The amount of loan was somewhere Rs.15000-Rs.17000 and they are asking now is Rs.51000/-. I asked them to waive off some charges and they are saying to give Rs.34000/- which is double the amount of the loan I have received from their end. I want to report this issue since they are forcing us that we have to pay despite what ever the matter is and whatsoever the options they are not considering.
These fraud lending app mpokket is instigating hacking all contact no and also harrashing them calling from various spam numbers repeatedly in addition charging higher interest rates. Thus requesting RBI to take serious action against mpokket. And whenever they are asking to send me the legal notice I ask them to send but they only send soft copies via social media watsapp or email and when I ask them to proceed legally they go underground for few days and again start calling.
Request you take stringent action or provide us a alternative resolution amid it.
