I have taken a loan from Ramfincorp which provides 30days loan to all eligible peoples. Due to my salary delay, other expenses and unexpected medical expenses i was unable to pay the money on the due date. For that I sent an email asking extension from.them. instead of discussing my request, they have send all my personal data to my contacts which contains the video which I took to get approval for loan. I never know that these guys will be using my video for a wrong purpose. Because of this incident I lost my reputation among my friends, family and which also collapsed me personally. These people are claiming 100% data protection in their website and worked against their promise also against the RBI norms..they called me continuously and send WhatsApp threatening messages if I delayed the payment they will be sharing the details with my contacts. Continuous calls when I was in Hospital for my wife’s and son’s treatment. They didn’t isten anything what I am saying to them. Instead they tried to harras me. They taken my contact list without my consent and shared my personal details with my contacts I have paid back the money on 8th March with penal amount as per I agreed in the sanction letter.
