I have taken a personal loan from Indiabulls Dhani finance for which I have 9 future emi’s remaining ( from Dec 2021 to Aug 2022). I was earlier interested in foreclosing the loan however due to loss of job and financial issues was unable to do so. For the past few days I have been receiving threatening calls from an agent of Indiabulls harassing me to foreclose the loan immediately. He threatens he will come to my house to harass me . I’m a person suffering from mental depression. He comes near my building and threatens me for the past 2 days when I told him that I cannot foreclose it now. Please help. I have his messages on Whatsapp as well.
