Please be advised ,
A formal complaint is to be intimated to this office regarding harassment of MTNL staff for resolving a complaint to an old service telephone which is out of service for the last 02 months.
Myself, have physically approached the office at Kandivali[west] on 03 occasions and photographed/videod the casual attitude of the staff i.e chewing tobacco and sulking away redirecting me to various sections of the office to divert the necessary action which is presumptuous on part of a Govt official on duty to harrass a senior citizen of India .
I am formally addressing this issue to your office as a stage manner and will further anticipate to address this to the Honorable Prime Minister /Higher formations with all credible evidence as 03 months have already elapsed.
