my friend finance a bike through a bjaj finance company and he put my number as a guarantor without knowing me and bajaj finance company use my number as a guarantor without verifying after few time later my friend not pay EMI than bjaj company continuously call me and asking me about due EMI and my friend’s number than i realize my number use as a guarantor in my friend ‘s loan document than i am told him/her about verification but anyone not clear and call me again and again but not this think is irritating me and now calling person Threat(dhamki) about he/she issue a notice against me about not paying emi and sometime abusing me also please help i give you a some numbers +91 9532530973 & +91 9532934976
