Good Day,
I would like to seek your assistance regarding my filing of complaint against CASHBEE Lending Services who has been sending me a Harassment, Intimidation, and Threats regarding their debtor.
CASHBEE agents have access to the contacts and sensitive information of their debtor and have been contacting all said contacts, including me, stating that they will give reward to anyone who could point their debtor’s whereabouts, placing her under hostile-like condition.
In addition, they also threatened us that they will post her photos in facebook and pornhub which could definitely cause dishonor and discredit her person.
I believe there is a proper way to inform their clients as well as collecting debts in accordance with fair debt collection practices and Access Devices Regulation Act.
I am attaching herewith screenshots of the text messages I have received from CASHBEE Lending Services for your review. Same messages were received by other contacts.
