On 29th May.’20, had logged a call ( Work Order – 1-23YCOGD, that Set-up box is not working & the executive assured me that the technician ( visiting charge of Rs 150 /- will attend the call on 30th May.’20. After that, am following several times, but no one responding to me. Today morning I got a message that my Work order is cancelled. How they are cancelling the order without attending the call. Also am getting their call from customer care regularly (2-3 times in a day )for recharge of tata sky.
Whenever, chatting with the customer care, they are staying silent w/o giving any answer, for which i have to stop the call from my end. They are harassing us in such a way.
