Dear sir / madam
1. I bought a lenovo tab M10 FHD plus tab on 27july 2021by online payment mode and received a wrong product on 2aug 2021. I generated a return for 3 aug 2021 but the delivery boy refused saying product is not varifiable.
2. After that till date I have generated 4 returns but it is not done. Today 1845hrs when the return was not completed I called customer care regarding the same, he told me it is cancelled saying delivery boy cancelled saying nobody attented him. I took the delivery agent no and called at the same time he told he is not working with amazon and left the service long back.
3. Customer care generated a new return schedule for 19 aug 2021.
4. Apropos I think customer care is stretching the return period to 28 days so that I cannot complain to consumer forum. I am a working mother who showed her faith in amazon service and bought the product inspite from buying from market.
I am feeling harassed and tortured from Amazon.
5. In lieu of the above I request my refund with compensation from Amazon for harassing and wasting my time.
