Good afternoon

My name is Varun and I am working with spicejet airlines.due to this pandemic condition when everyone is preferring word from home so do I and I have selected airtel for my work and for this I have contacted the airtel store on Saturday regarding broadband connection and I told them that by 6/07/2020 I want the connection in my house because I have to start my work and after the commitment I have registered for airtel broadband but till now my broadband is not installed.
I am calling the paerson everyday and all is get from him is that my connection will be done by today
And when I contacted the store owner he was very rude with me and asked me to take my refund
I haven’t expected this service from airtel
I am sharing the details of the person with you so that the harassment that I am facing today won’t be faced by any other customer
