I took a loan for 11,000 in May and my repayment due date is on 1st July. I have already made payment for first EMI through their option of self payment but it is not reflecting on the app and they are calling me consistently saying I need to repay even though I have tried talking to them and shared payment proof on email addresses: finance@phocket.in, piyush.jain@phocket.in and info@phocket.in. Their customer care numbers dont work and they are not replying to emails. They are saying they will come to my office and are spamming my phone a lot and saying they will call my colleagues. This is harassment.
