Dear Madam/Sir,

• I would like to lodge a complaint against “YCLSL SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES (INGBJOB), 247, Orbit Mall PU4 Near C21 Mall A B Road Vijay Nagar, Indore – 452010, Madhya Pradesh” who is continuously harassing me through email and mobile. Address of it’s website is “ https://ingbjob.com “. This company provides online data entry job work from home.

• On May 31, 2021, I received a call of an female executive regarding data entry work from home. I agreed. She asked me to send my id proof immediately and continuously followed me to send. Same day I sent her my AADHAR.

• Immediately they provide me login id & password with heavy terms and conditions through email by his email id and at my what’s app no. As per terms and condition that 500 forms must be completed within 5 days with 90% accuracy. As per company terms and conditions if I left job then client has will pay penalty of Rs 6000/- excluding GST. Initially before joining I had very normal/polite conversation but as soon as I joined company always started to send message regarding penalty clause that was not healthy work environment. It was looking company was working only for collecting penalty. When I went on google I was surprised to see such type of messaging. I am providing this link to you that will be helpful to you for further investigation :

• I found that almost all date were irrelevant and it was in such a manner that hardly any person can achieve the target. Data was very complex. Infact intentionally it was given so that client can make mistake as much as possible.

• More interestingly, for each record company supplied me data to feed in 5 rows, but next day in one record that I observed data was given to feed for 6 rows. While accessing server, software is providing me space for 5 rows then how was it possible to feed data for 6 rows.

• Considering these facts and after google review I thought I should quit. I immediately informed the company through email and wrote them everything for the valid reason of quitting.

• Anyone who join this type of work, they will certainly see the sample data then only continue. If company is asking about penalty clause, then company should provide atleast 40-50 such type of sample data, Company did not spend any cost on training over me then how can they ask me to pay Rs 6000/- and GST whatever the penalty clause.

• They are always threatening to take legal action against me against breaching the contract through EMAIL

This is highly panic situation for me. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. It would be highly appreciable if you can make any further query regarding it,
