Hi,
I have a Slice account with limit of Rs.62000. I used the for online transactions of RS.30000..
I need to pay the used amount of 30 thousand rupees on 5th of next month but unfortunately i missed the repayment on 5th of the month and the next day when i try to pay the amount the penalty charges were high..So i asked customer care to waive off late charges.
I did not get any response from the support team after that collection team of slice team involved in this matter later i explained the situation but they did not understand what my issue and then they started harassing, used abusive words and called my parents,friends (They stolen my all contacts data and misused them) to make the payment.
After that i made the payment but they blocked my account without intimation.
I requested to activate my account but they did not respond for my emails.
