Jio has tortured and harassed us past 3 months with their pathetic wifi services.Firstly,they disconnect the wifi every now and then and will take a day to repair or update the device…secondly,they have made a habit of disconnecting the wifi at the last day of my plan..wasting my data everytime..even after paying the full amount to the plan…and thirdly,your customer care service is even worse..they don’t pick up your call and when they do..they talk rudely and disconnect the call at their convenience disrespecting the customer…I want a strict action against this and to refund my amount to the plan whose services I couldn’t avail.
