Hi,

I have raised request of refund of my airline tickets with Flipkart from Aug last week.I had provided confirmation from Vistara airline as well.However despite giving information and confirmation to Flipkart ,they were not able to process request yet.Responnses to my mails are delayed with same answer wait for 24 hours.Support tickets are closed before resolution.Calls are not escalated despite asking to escalate.Reason is given as on call escalation is not possible.
