Sir,
I Chandan Kumar Behera, At- Pujariput, koraput, Dist- Koraput. I have order a product from roseshop compny . vide order no. JVP3FK6X8. but company provided a wrong product. i had talk with compny help line number 9163268956 regarding product he told me that sorry weare delever wrong product to you it’s our mistake but dont worry will be refund your mony through google pay and you give your google pay number and stay online will be refund shortly but after few second getting a OTP in my inbox and he asked my OTP which is clearly mentioned there do not share any one hence i am not given him after that he told me we are not refunding you do waht you want to do go to court or high court .
Therefore, requested to you sir, kindly be take a strong action aginst him.
