I hd taken jio fibre connectivity on 07th jun 2020 thereafter I recvd a call frm their call centre about the service and I informed them that if I get all channels and service is good I’ll keep else I’ll discontinue when my plan expires after a mnth.. post this call I am getting calls frm their call centre everyday asking me the same question which I hv very politely been answering them ,on an average I get 4 calls per day out of which I ans one of them ans the same routine follows everyday.. I have complained to their senior who takes care of our area but it’s been ineffective… On one incident I even took the area incharge and the call centre person on conference call bt rhe caller refused to reveal his identity oe whch city he was callin frm . On another incident whn I recvd a call frm another person I was told by her that they work frm home and get the list to call up … This has lead to harassment now and it’s getting very frustrating .. kindly resolve it. I even have a recording of a call and details of all calls made by jio which I will provide when required. I am accessible on 7738040449 if required. This complaint is frm bandra Carter road Mumbai .
