I am receiving frequent calls from Airtel saying I have applied for new connections like Broadband,postpaid,DTH Online.Truth is I have never visited their website even when I was availing their services.I had been using their app only for bill payments. Also I am receiving OTP for their app login whereas I have quit all Airtel connections owing to such mental harrasement last week.I have reported this several times and also sent a mail to 121.I quit airtel only because I have been constantly accused of having placed connection requests ,using their App and so on.
