Text of Complaint by Harsh Trivedi:

I am your customer and my mob no is 8306010055. I have requested to transfer my mobile number 8306010055 from postpaid service to prepaid service at one of your Airtel Shop situated in maninagar, Ahmedabad, on dated 11th may 2019.

They are suggested to do recharge of FRC after 24 hours so when I went for FRC recharge to near retail recharge shop on dated 12th may 2019 but the retailer is unable to do FRC recharge of any amount so I have again visited airtel shop at NEW CG ROAD, chandkheda, e Ahmedabad on dated 13th may 2019 and where I met  Mrs. Khushbu she also tried to resolve my issue but she was also unable to do FRC recharge on my mobile number so she has registered my complain regarding this issue.

Complain number is RITM1737921 and she also suggested to do FRC recharge again after 24 hours. On dated 14h may 2019 I have visited airtel shop at maninagar where they told me that my issue will be resolved within four hours and Mrs Khushbu will also confirm me.

But at that day she was not able to resolve my issue and when I call her more than 20 times  to know status of my issue but she did not pick up the call. 

On dated 15th may 209 when she called me to check regarding FRC recharge issue. But still retail vendor is unable to do FRC recharge.

After that I called Mrs. Khushbu to inform  about this she replied give me some time I will check out about this issue.So after four hours I continuously called her more than 20 times  to know status of my issue but she did not pick up the call. On dated 16th may 2019,

Mrs Khushbu has called me and said your issue is resolve successfully so kindly check the same. So I have checked but I found that still my issue is not get resolved.

So I called her to inform that my issue is not get resolved and she replied again give me some time to look after it. So after four hours I again called to her and she did not pick up the call.
