1.I have applied the instant loan in the KOKO loan app and i have eligible for 8000 and they have credit the amount of 4640 , but balance amount of 3360 is not credited and the breakup also not provided. Even they have not sent any agreement regarding on loans.
2.After the amount credited in the application it is showing need to pay within 6days but i have taken the loan on 11th Feb 2022 as per the tenure it is 17th Feb 2022. But from KOKO loans they are harassing to pay on 14th only. I have told i will pay on 17th but they are not listen. and they sending the messages worst.
Requesting you to take action on the above state to KOKO loans
