I am Palash Das, a customer of Amazon. I was ordered Poco M3 three times with pre-paid (online payment) service. After payment my order was always cancelled. And after cancellation a whatsapp msg was arrived from Amazon Support Team.
The msg was –
“Dear customer this is regarding your Amazon order for Poco M3. Your order payment got refunded due to a technical glitch in your bank server.We have deactivated the order on Amazon Panel. If you want to complete the order, reactivate the order on Amazon panel, clear the hold on shipment and get the order delivered today before 10: 30 am then complete the payment before 8: 30 am today. Following is the account details to complete the transaction:

Account Number: 921010021513861
IFSC CODE: UTIB0000861
Bank Name: Axis Bank
Amount: Rs. 8400
Once paid, we will immediately activate the order on Amazon Panel and deliver on time.”
They are harash me every times. Please give me justice. Thank you.
