I have taken loan from salary day loan application (Goyal Associates ltd Nbfc) of rs 20000/- and i have paid 22090/- rs total principal amount. I have paid late but paid full principle amount. They didn’t close my loan.Now they are asking extra 20000/- rs on the name of bouncing charges and penalty. They are contacting me and my contacts and sending messages to contacts. Not following RBI guidelines.
Please look into this matter Take strict action against them.
