“For the last 6 months, I have been complaining to Lendingplate authorities regarding their recovery agent Naresh Rathi( his mobile number & call recording is available to me),Not only did he harass me with abusive calls and insult my duty colleagues and their wives, but he also illegally traced my bank account transactions and called those people with whom I had online transactions, using filthy language against them. Despite repeated complaints, Lendingplate has taken no action. This is harassment, privacy violation, and a clear breach of RBI’s Fair Practices Code. People should be extremely cautious while dealing with this company.”
