I took a loan from PostPe.
I was paying on time but lost job hence couldn’t pay emi in full in the last month but I made minimum payment by converting half amount in to EMIs.
Now in this month I emailed PostPe about my current situation and asked for some time to make this payment. Now their Recovery Agents are calling and harassing by using foul and profanity language on the call.
They are calling people from my contact list and abusing them as well.
This is really very unprofessional.
Hence I am filing this complaint against PostPe here on consumercomplaintscourt.com
I hope they will look in to this matter.
