To whom it may concern:
Hi ma’am/sir,
This is to complain Pesohere ( a lending company) for sending me and my friends harassment text messages about my loan.
This is a bridge of privacy
Here’s what happened:
On there app:
It says you can repay your loan from 90-120 days
And that’s why I took advantage of that.
However, when I agreed to it. I then realized that It’s only good for 7 days. ( False information)
On the day of the due date. They have already started on sending me harassing text messages. ( Please see attached screenshots for proofs)
I have asked them for a payment arrangement but they never acknowledged it. Instead they kept on sending me messages telling me something about ” magbayad kana ng utang mo ang kapal ng mukha mo di mo magugustuhan ang gagawin ko sayo” etc.
These lines are stressful to read. I know by the law they’re not allowed to harass a borrower. I need your help to get them reprimanded. I had them copied on this email
for them to know that I am serious in taking formal complains.
