I have taken a loan from Navi for 25000, i have cleared all emi except the last one. Even last one I was about to pay before the executive went ahead and called me shameless on whatsapp. When I raised the issue he said the message was wrongly sent to me and was meant for another customer. Even after agreeing to make payments. Still re ceived calls from multiple people from Navi talking rudely and not listening to you.
