Today I am registering this complaint about the payments on Mobikwik.Actually I used 1169 rupees on my Mobikwik Zip balance to purchase personal items on 25 November 2022 in L51302_Myntra Designs Private Limited App. Because of some personal reasons I returned the product and I asked for refund the billing amount. L51302_Myntra Designs Private Limited App sended me the EMail and Messages that refund has been successfully initiated on December 3rd 2022. But,Mobikwik has not reflected that refund Details on the Mobikwik app.
Because of that’s, I reached the merchant’s customer support about this issue,they told me that from their end refund was successfully done and they suggested me to wait for 2-7 working days to reflect it on the app or account.
I waited as per their suggestion,But Mobikwik was not reflecting it ,instead of that they gave me a penality of 640 rupees because of over due.Patiently I waited for few more days but day by day penalty amount is getting extra penalty so,I decide to reach Mobikwik customer support.
Through the service provided by Mobikwik app,I reached the staff with my issue and i raised my issue and the team provided me the ticket number 1521063. With in 24 hours refunded details was reflected on the Mobikwik transaction history on the day 16 December 2022 on which I made a complaint through chat support,still from the date 16 December 2022 Mobikwik is daily sending me the message that I should pay the amount of rupees including the penality.
My Problem and my question is,why should I pay that amount.Already refund was done from merchant side on before due date which is December 3rd 2022. but it was not reflected on history untill I reached the Mobikwik support team.
The issue is with the Mobikwik only, Still I am getting the message that I should pay the 2423.60 rupees even though the refund amount was successfully credited to Mobikwik.
I got a message from Mobikwik agent named Mr. shiva on wattsup with mobile number 8897110438
The message was,
DEAR MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER,
YOUR DUE DATE IS COMPLETED AND FROM TODAY, UR A DEFAULT CUSTOMER AND I WILL MAKE YOUR CIBIL ZERO…AND WE FILE A CASE UNDER SEC 138c “NI ACT” FINANCIAL FRAUD TO MOBIKWIK. IF U ALREADY PAID , SEND PAYMENT PROOF IMMEDIATLY IT HELPS TO HOLD UR FILE

I replied obediently to him with all the proofs,I requested him to solve my issues as early as possible .But,I did not get any reply from him after that’s.
After this also I had made a Complaint about this through mail and also customer support toll free number about my issue.But,they do not respect my words and they also making a blame on me to make a payment of 2423.60 rupees immediately.
Once again i am requesting you Please solve my issue,I hope you will definetly never made a citizen to loss their money and trust on you without fault of a citizen.
