I had taken loan from Upwards just before pandemic hit in February 2020. Moratorium period was requested, which they never gave. Instead they started deducting more and more money. Due to pandemic I lost job, since then I’ve been jobless and unable to pay loan. Today, July 31st 2024, Upwards have somehow accessed to my phone contact book and sending messages to my family and friends calling me fraud and even talking wrong about my character. I had informed Upwards that I’ll pay when I have enough funds. But they are torturing like this and doing character assassination Is pathetic.
