Since Dec 22 I couldn’t pay the EMI. Before thay all emi was paid in advance. Even though RBI prohibited, They are spamming OTP alerts from other services like OLA, ZOMATO, SWIGGY etc. They sent Amazon Packages with COD to my address. Everyday whatsapp messages and Phone Calls asking to repay amount even though I stated my financial situation is not good because of no job situation. Collection team hurl abuses, they behave as if they loaned the amount from their pockets. I requested them to proceed Legally, but they only send fake case threats and no legal action. I need to stay alive for my family for Moral support. They also called other people from my phone contact. They hacked my phone as well. They are defaming me. I will also raise a complain against them under sec 506 of IPC with police if they dont stop harassment. They are calling my wife and harassing her as well.
I also sent an email for restructure loan. But they dont respond.
This Loan was Availed through MoneyTap company. MoneyTap has no proper customer support to deal with issues but has a Team of Goons when it comes to missed Loan payments. Now they only harass harass.
Please ban these Chinese apps. Someone write a petition to RBI.. Else I will have to commit suicide because of their behavior.
