This is to bring into your attention that due to some financial crunches, there has been delayed in paying my emi’s. However, I have already mentioned this to the collection team that I am working on it and will close the loan.

I firmly believe that the behaviour and actions shown by the collection or recovery agents are disappointed and tortured. It proves that they didn’t follow the RBI guidelines. Below are the activities performed by the recovery or collection agents which are completely offensive:

1. They sent an email on my official email address stated and disclosed about this incident. It is completely a case of defamation (Please read the email below on which I am topping up)

2. They called up one of my reference and orally fought with them and asking them to give them the money.

3. They are not following the follow up timings and approached me at 11pm as well.

4. Spoke to me very rudely and unprofessional.

5. I am being chased by multiple collection team on what’s app which becomes more challenging to respond them.

6. Sending email to my company and defamed me.
