Subject: Complaint regarding harassment and mistreatment

Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction and concern regarding the harassment and mistreatment I have experienced from Mpocket finance application. I am appalled by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by their organization, and I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention.

I have been subjected to constant harassment from Mpocket representatives, both through phone calls and emails. The frequency and persistence of these contacts have reached an intolerable level, causing me significant distress and anxiety.

Moreover, I must emphasize that the tactics employed by their staff members during these interactions have been nothing short of harassment. They have resorted to aggressive language, intimidation, and threats, which are entirely unacceptable. I strongly believe that such behavior is in clear violation of ethical standards and is a blatant infringement of my rights as a borrower.

It is important to note that I have diligently fulfilled all the terms and conditions of their agreement, making all the required payments on time. Despite my compliance and adherence to our contractual obligations, their representatives have repeatedly attempted to pressure and coerce me into making additional payments beyond what was agreed upon. Such demands are baseless and completely unjustified.

I hereby demand an immediate cessation of all forms of harassment and mistreatment from their organization. I expect you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your representatives adhere to professional conduct standards at all times. I insist that all future communications be conducted respectfully and in line with legal and ethical norms.

Failure to rectify this situation promptly will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action against their company. I am prepared to take all necessary steps to protect my rights and to ensure that this harassment and mistreatment cease immediately. Furthermore, I will not hesitate to report their organization to the appropriate regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies.

I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter within couple of days from the receipt of this letter. Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint in writing and provide me with a detailed plan of action outlining the measures you intend to take to rectify this situation.

I trust that you will handle this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent any further harassment. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter, preserving the integrity of your organization and ensuring that borrowers like myself are treated with the respect and professionalism we deserve.
