I am writing this email about the harassment from one of your collection agent Mr. Vijay, mobile number +919740777689.
I was given bike loan from TVS motors in Bommasandra, Bangalore this year in the month of January, and since February i have been paying my emi on time. Due to some financial problems and health issues i couldn’t pay last 2 emi on time, but still paid it. I have clearly said your collection agent that i will clear my complete loan amount in some time as I gave applied for collateral loan and as soon as i get it i will clear complete loan amount.
Even after requesting them one of your collection agent Mr. Vijay called me this morning and abused in a vulgar language. I have been requesting him to talk nicely as you can hear from the below attached voice recording. He called my wife and my friend and even talked bad to them.
When he said he can’t give time and he will take my bike, I asked him for a legal notice which he refused and threatened me. Later he accused me talking badly. I have all the call recordings of that guy and attached down below for your reference.
Kindly look through the issue before I file a harassment case, Blackmailing case, Defamation case and also invading one’s private life against that guy.
