I am Lokesh Shah resident of Hyderabad. I got a Wats app msg from +91 7305910344 and a call from +91 7200135099 (Mohan) from Cashe Instant stating one of my colleague in my Organization by name Mr. Lakshminadh Neelam (+91 8639667881) has taken a INR 3 Lakhs loan and not paying it back. My name has been given as nominee and contact number. This agent Mohan was asking me to pay the amount or he/his team will take legal action against me. I was very polite with him in explaining that – I am no where related to this above person or loan taken and not sure why my name & contact number was given. Mohan was so rude and threatning me that his legal team will visit my residence and harass my Parents. He even shared my family picture with me on Whats app.
I also had a conversation with Mr. Lakshminadh Neelam inquiring about why my data and name is shared where I am no where related to this loan. Even he agreed and cofirmed that he has not given my data.
I am attaching a Whats app conversation had with agent Mohan. I would expect relevant team to take action against this agent and erase my name, contact number from their data base. Incase, I am getting any more calls or anyone visits my residence to harass my parents and family, I will file a complaint in my nearest Police Station with all these proofs.
