Greetings.
I, Vatsala Mehta, D/O Amit Kumar.
I took a loan of rupees 3000 from Happy Cash loan app by the lender Cash Now on 16/01/2023.
The loan was to be repaid in 7 days, however the agents started to harsh me within 6 days to pay the amount. They demanded a sum of rupees 8000 as a repayment and I paid a total of rupees 11000 towards the repayment of the loan.
However today (26/01/2023) I received a WhatsApp message from several different number claiming to be Agents of Cash Now. They demanded I pay the loan back (which I have already done) and threatened to send my morphed pictures to my contact list.
I am also worried about the misuse of my documents like Pan Card and Aadhar Card in the future.
I request you to please look into the matter.
