I had ordered a WD Element 1.5 TB Hard Disk from Amazon on 3rd March 2020 and the order number is 407-9375122-7593135. My email id is nimesh_1710@rediffmail.com and Customer Mobile Number is 9320626135. I had paid Rs. 2749/- for the same via Dredit Card Payment.
I was assured by Amazon delivery of the Product on 9th March. The tracking status of my order on Amazon App was showing delivered while the product was never delivered to me.
I have complained many times through mail and consumer helpline call. I was told that it would take 5-6 working days which they used the term as Investigation on the same.
The final outcome from Amazon was that the Reseller from whom this product was going to be delivered was a Fraud and they are not able to provide deliveery of the same after 18 days of placing the order and even without my confirmation, Amazon also initiated the Process of Refund which I strongly deny.
For me, the only concern is that I had ordered the Product on Amazon. I am least bothered about the Reseller Pattern on Amazon through which they handle the Products.
I simply feel that I have been CHEATED by Amazon by providing info of the Product through the FRAUD reseller of theirs.
