Hi Team,
I had disconnected my ACT servcies in June 2023 however they have reactivated without my consent and sending harrssment IVR calls to pay the bill for the service which I haven’t used at all.
Tried contacting multiple times and raised several complaints but no luck, thier nodal and Appellette officers are just not worth not even signle response from them yet.
I would like file a case for harassment and wasting my time which resulted in my lack of peace of mind.
