I applied for loan on Cashe app and my application was approved on the same day 27/03/24 ITS FIRST LOAN .second loan 02/04/2024 same issue. Still the loan amount is not disbursed. They have no customer service number. Every time I mail them they state reasons like technical glitch, internal audit, upgrading our banking services. When the eta is asked for the funds to be disbursed they say 5 days which never get over. It is mental harassment for the customers.
