Text of Complaint by Sahana:

I had taken personal loan from RBL bank for RS 103000/- in September 2018, for which i have made emi of RS 4090/- for 11 month. After that i asked the customer care executive the preclosure amount. My principal amount was 79,000/- and i was ask to pay RS 88,300/- as my preclosure amount, which i did in October 2019. After making the payment i called the customer care for closing the loan account and also the card. Which was not done by the bank.
Instead of closing my card the bank send me a new card without my knowledge and charged RS 4500/-. Later when i asked for the card, i was said it’s our mistake we are reversing the amount and it was done.
Now after clearing personal loan in October 2019 i am getting harassment calls and messages for payment of RS 22500/-.
Daily in a day i was getting calls for collection team, who misbehaved with me, by using vulnerable language.The send people to my house for payment.
When called the customer care executive they said yes ma’am we can see you have cleared your personal loan in October 2019 but we cannot close the account. After calling several times and taking to supervisor several times, then i was said you have cleared your loan and we are closing your account.
I was also said that i have paid RS 22500/- extra, which will be transferred to my saving account. I had given my saving account details and i had received a call from bank account department saying they are transferring the amount to my account in 3 working days.
After 10 days i was said there is no balance payment, the payment is dispursed to my saving account, which was never done.
When i asked about it i was said there is no such balance payment in your account, and you have to make payment of RS 6500/-.
When i asked about it first i was said it will be waived off, later i was said we are waiving RS 5400/- you have to make payment of RS 1050/-.

Everyday they give a new story of my queries.
I am facing this problem since last 2 month. Hope i get some solution for this.
