Text of Complaint by MAHESH PALUKURU:

I HAVE TAKEN A MOBILE IN FLIPKART THROUGH USING OF EMI OPTIONS FROM BAJAJ FINANCE CARD. AS PER BAJAJ RULES EVERY MONTH 2ND, EMI AMOUNT SHOULD BE DEDUCTABLE FROM BANK ACCOUNT. BUT DUE TO SOME THEIR TECHINICAL ISSUES AMOUNT NOT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY FOR TWO MONTHS, AFTER THAT THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED FOR DUE EMI’S, THEN I HAVE PAID THE SAME THROUGH BAJAJ FINSERV APP. IN 3RD MONTH THEY STARTED harassment FOR ADVANCE EMI, THEY TOLD SAME REASON ABOUT TECHNICAL ISSUES. DAILY THEY ARE CALLING 7-10 TIMES AND ASKING ADVANCE EMI WITH PENAL INTEREST FOR LAST TWO MONTHS. IN BETWEEN I HAVE VERIFIED IN BAJAJ FINSERV APP, MY BANK DETAILS ARE NOT CORRECT, THEY ENTERED MY SBI ACCOUNT ALONGWITH INDIAN BANK IFSC CODE. IMMEDEATELY I HAVE CHANGED MY CORRECT BANK DETAILS. AFTER THAT ALSO THEY ARE NOT STOPPING CALLS AND ADVANCE EMI. I HAVE ASKED THEM ABOUT PENAL INTEREST, THEY TOLD SIMPLY AS “IT IS A SMALL AMOUNT, WHY YOU WORRY ABOUT THAT JUST PAY, IF YOU NOT PAY WE DID NOT CLOSE THE LOAN, AT ANY TIME AFTER ALL EMI’S, WE WILL COLLECT, CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGES & PENAL INTEREST ALONG WITH INTEREST. WE WILL NOT IGNORE ‘SINGLE RUPEE’ OR IF YOU NOT READY FOR THAT, IMMEDEATELY PRE CLOSE TOTAL LOAN AMOUNT.

SO THAT I AM REQUESTING YOU PLEASE KINDLY HELP ME AND TAKE ANY ACTION ON BAJAJ FINANCE.
