I had taken a loan of 5000 from sea money loan app and I paid 2000 as an extension. But I received a call that the status has not been updated and they have a server issue. Then they collected 13000 from me stating that the UPI has expired and you need to pay again or else we will contact your family members and send nude pics to the contact list. This is really harassing. I have all the screenshots of the conversation. Please do something.
