Due to a delay in my monthly salary and urgent medical expenses, I have encountered a slight delay in the repayment of my loan. I communicated this to my lender and assured them that I would be able to settle the outstanding amount, along with interest, within ten days.
However, I have received persistent and distressing calls, as well as unwarranted visits to my home and office address. This behavior is unacceptable, particularly given that the delay has only been five days and does not align with the Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines on borrower treatment.
I kindly request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that my rights as a borrower are upheld.
