On 23rd july 2020night, I had booked half kilo of Kayla fish from licious with the delivery time slot between 10am-12pm. Now it 2:57pm but the item has not been delivered yet. I ordered it for my guest but because of such service I had to face embarrassment in front of my guest. When I contacted customer care there were the uttering the lines taught during training of understanding my situation, empathising with me, n asking me to wait for 15-20 minutes. Even I contacted the delivery guy sharath kumar, in true caller it was showing balaji naidu G , ho once told me , it will take 10-15minutes and after 40 minutes when I contacted him ho told it. Is going to take 2 minutes. After that ho stopped picking my phone is not only about money but the harassment I have to face.
